Returns
We don't typically accept returns for Off The Rack or custom garments, but are happy to discuss your particular situation with you if you think it warrants it.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange garments that are unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached within 30 days, whether they were bought online, at a market or though one of our stockists. Trying underwear on over your own is okay, and encouraged!
Exchanges cost $5 if shipping is required. Local exchanges are free and drop offs/pickups are done through our stockist Under the Umbrella Bookstore.
If we do not have the exact same garment in a different size -which may happen since we are a small company that creates in small batches, sometimes even one-of-a-kind batches- we’ll offer store credit or discuss custom options.
We don't typically accept exchanges for fully custom orders but if you have fit issues, please let us know, we'd love to make it right.
Start Your Exchange
E-mail us to start the exchange process. Include what size or style you'd like to exchange your garment for, and any pertinent fit issues with your original garment. If you'd like help figuring out best fit, include a couple photos in the garment.
Alterations
Generally, undies or waistbands that are too large, loose, or high can be altered! But ones that are too small, tight, or low cannot. Lace and mesh garments can also be trickier to alter. $5-10/garment typically.
Alterations follow the same protocols as exchanges, as explained in the previous section. Contact us to make arrangements.
