Front Styles
Whether you know it as an undie front, gusset or crotch space, this is the space for your between-the-leg bits! Included in the base price of any custom order.
Gender Inclusive
Our gender neutral styles lives exactly in between the “narrow” and “roomie” options and fits a wide range of in-between-the leg needs. The narrowest part of the gusset ranges from 2.5 - 4 inches depending on the size.
Narrow
The “narrow” front, sometimes called a flat front has the least amount of crotch space, popular for some folks with innie bits. If you like the amount of crotch space in conventional women’s undies, this fit may be right for you. The narrowest part of this gusset ranges from 2 - 2.75 inches depending on the size.
Roomie
The “roomie” front, you guessed it, is our style with the most crotch space, popular for some folks with outie bits. If you like the fit of conventional men’s underwear this may be the style for you. The narrowest part of the gusset ranges from 2.5 - 4.5 inches depending on the size.
Waist Rise
Your choice of waist-rise is included in the base price of any made-to-order garment
Sizes 42 and below - have a mid-rise that sits a bit below the belly button. Low rise and high rise fits are 2 inches below and above mid-rise.
Sizes 45 and up - mid-rise sits at about the belly button. Low rise sits 3 inches below, and high rise an inch above mid-rise.
Custom sizes range a very flexible 26-70 inch low waist.
Fully custom made-to-order garments will adjust rise to according to your height.
Ready-to-wear and made-to-order boxer briefs have set rises as follows - Mid-rise at or 1” below belly button (depending on size) for 5’5'“ height. High rise is 2 inches higher, and low-rise is 2 inches lower.
Leg Inseam
Your choice of 6 or 3 inch leg inseam is included in the price of any made-to-order boxer brief
6 inch leg inseam
Best length to avoid the legs riding up, and as chub rub shorts under running shorts or skirts etc. If you want something longer, leave a note for a 7 or 8” inseam in your custom order.
3 inch leg inseam
Best length for no show under shorts. Many people love this length but for many others the leg rides up.
Complimentary Accessibility Features
The following features are included in the price of your custom order and can be customized further. (photos coming soon)
Fabric Waistbands - Stretchier, more flexible and less compressing on your stomach compared to elastic waistbands. Made of fabric in the same color as the elastic waistband or any color offered in the current collection. 1.25” wide is default, but can be customized.
Enclosed or Outside Seams - Eliminates bulkier serger made seams against the body. Good for some skin conditions, sensitive skin, and some sensory needs. The front seams can be enclosed (neither visible on the inside or outside of the garment) and the leg seam can be sewn on the outside. Waistband and leg hem seams remain the same, as they are sewn with a cover-stitch machine and lay flat.
Ostomy Pockets - Inside pocket sewn to the waistband to hold an ostomy bag. Location and pocket material can be customized. Default fabric is the same as the garment.
Alternative Fabrics - To meet some sensory and/or skin needs we can make your garment out of a variety of fabrics. Typically stretch nylon or polyester, compression mesh, or stretch cellulose fabrics like tencel or bamboo.
*The fabrics we usually use are stretch jersey cotton, stretch nylon mesh, and polyester or nylon stretch lace.

Dual Pocket Packer Undies
Matching pockets on the inside and outside, plus a middle layer with a secure elasticized o-opening make this style secure and easy to set up. Great for any packer with a shaft such as a silicone prosthetic, stand-to-pee (STP), and pack-and-play styles.
The o-opening is 1 inch in diameter, and stretches twice it's size for easy packer insertion. Ready wear front style uses our gender neutral width. The pockets run the entire length of the front, and guaranteed to fit even the longest packers.
Single Pocket Packer Undies
A simple single pocket inside, ideal for foam packers or casual packing you don’t need a lot of security for.
This style is also available with a an elasticized o-opening middle layer. Pulling the shaft through is more cumbersome compared to the dual pocket version, especially if it’s made out of the stickier kind of silicone. But once it’s in, it’s not going anywhere!
The o-opening is 1 inch an diameter, stretchy, and doubles in size for easy packer insertion.
Fly Opening
Your classic fly opening for function or style. You choice of which side opens.
Absorbent Pad Compatibility
The standard style for this add-on is an opening on both sides of the inside front (crotch) layer, allowing you to secure a pad with wings into it, without being very visible from the outside. Boxer Brief Snap Openings
This new offering includes 2 snap size options, openings on one or both sides, and adjustable placement on the hip.
Crop Top Snap Openings
This new offering has options galore. Choose from single side, both side body, or shoulder snap openings! Cotton snap tape with metal snaps are separated from the body with a layer of fabric though we’re still testing for full sensory friendliness.
Crop Top Open Back Snap Opening
This style is made with 2 individual plastic snaps (not snap tape) on the back collar. The back of the shirt is open but overlapped. Fabric edges are serged.
