Shipping & Local Options
Aqua Underwear is an online store that currently ships within the United States and just a few other countries. We also offer local pickup for folks in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. We also have local stockists and occasionally vend at in person markets.
Ship it
US SHIPPING
We ship within the USA through the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Domestic mail 1-3 days. Cost starts at $5 for one garment, and goes up .50 per additional garment. Shipping is included in the price of small items like absorbent pads.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class International mail 1-4 weeks to Canada, Sweden and Australia (starting at $17 - 21 USD) by popular demand. To request your country be added to our system, contact us. It should be noted that international shipping costs have gone up recently and may be cost prohibitive.
PROCESSING TIME
Ready wear orders go out within 3 business days. Custom items take 4-6 weeks to make, then ship. Once your package ships you’ll receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information.

Find your package under the Aqua Underwear rack within 3 days of receiving your order fulfillment notification. Garments are discreetly packaged in closed opaque kraft bags, but will have your first name written on it, if you prefer a different name listed, please let us know. You can pick up your package any time the store is open for up to 3 months.
Discreet Shipping
The from address on your shipping label will read ‘M. Martinez’ followed by our business address. We do not list our business name on the shipping labels, and do not add branding or logo graphics to the outside of shipped packages.
Local Salt Lake City pick-up packages do have an Aqua Underwear sticker on the outside and the customers first name. Let us know if you'd like that done differently.
