Packing underwear are worn by some transgender men, nonbinary folks and anyone who’s interested in creating the appearance of having a penis or bulge. These underwear allow the wearer to wear their ‘packer’ securely without worry that it’ll fall out or move around too much.
Packing Styles
Lupine- Trunk with a no-frills pocket on the inside. Perfect for foam packers, or times when you don’t need a super secure pack.
Sego - Trunk with pocket openings on the inside and outside, plus a middle layer with a no-show elasticized o-opening. Can be used with any type of packer, but especially designed for packers with a shaft, including stand-to-pee (STP) and pack-and-play options. Double pocket makes packer insertion a breeze.
Yarrow - Classic boxer brief with fly openings on the inside and out, plus a middle layer with a no-show elasticized o-opening. Can be used with any type of packer, but especially designed for packers with a shaft, including stand-to-pee (STP) and pack-and-play options. Double pocket makes packer insertion a breeze. All the perks of the Sego but with a higher waist rise and longer leg.
Single pocket Classic (w/ o-opening) - Single pocket inside, and middle layer with a no-show elasticized o-opening will keep any packer with a shaft securely in place. Takes a bit more finessing to insert the packer compared to the dual pocket style, but once it’s in, it’s not going anywhere. This style is only available via custom order now.

Classic Boxer Brief - Mid-rise waist, 6” leg inseam and gender inclusive front.
Trunk Boxer Brief- Low-rise waist, 3” leg inseam, gender inclusive front.

Cotton Fabric: 92% Cotton, 8% Spandex, 200 gsm - light/medium weight
Bamboo Fabric: 95% Bamboo, 5% Spandex, 200 gsm - light/medium weight
Mesh Fabrics: 92% Nylon 8% Spandex, lightweight
Black Waistband: 1.25” wide, 80% Polyester 20% Spandex
Care: Hand wash mesh or carefully warm/cool machine wash in delicates bag. Lay flat or hang dry. Machine wash cotton and bamboo warm/cool with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Cotton and bamboo fabrics are pre-shrunk.
